Pascale Curran
Pascale Curran serves as Chief of Staff at Cambridge Capital, supporting the Managing Partner and firm leadership across strategy, operations, and business development. She overseas firm-wide initiatives—including events such as our Supply Chain Conference and Portfolio Day—drives internal process and data improvements, and partners on growth activities such as prospect research, screening, and investment memo preparation. Pascale joined Cambridge in 2024 as Director of Marketing, and continues to lead brand and communications to amplify Cambridge’s market presence and partner engagement.
Pascale started her career as a Business Development Manager at Desjardins, and over the years, transitioned to a Strategic Advisory role, where she led nation-wide digital and change management transformations. She also held the position of Senior Consultant at GDG, where she was responsible for business implementation of IT projects.
Pascale holds both an MBA and a BBA from Laval University. She is a certified project management professional (PMP) and change practitioner (PROSCI), providing her with a solid foundation in business strategy.
